Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Assist the merchandising team in end-to-end product development.
Buyer Coordination: Manage buyer communication and cross-functional coordination.
Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and samples.
Quality Control: Closely monitor the development process to maintain quality standards.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and update internal merchandising data.
Management Support: Report to management regarding project progress and potential issues.
