Lean Six Sigma certification will get preference.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Six Sigma basics).
Proven ability to analyze production floor data and drive measurable improvements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team facilitation skills.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes on the production floor.
Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead QMS initiatives, ensuring adherence to ISO/WRAP/BSCI and buyer-specific compliance requirements.
Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis to ensure maximum efficiency.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train production teams for effective implementation.
Facilitate Kaizen, 5S, and other lean tools to create a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor and report process KPIs, highlighting opportunities for improvement and ensuring sustainability of best practices.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment between business goals and operational excellence initiatives.
