• Lean Six Sigma certification will get preference.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Six Sigma basics).

• Proven ability to analyze production floor data and drive measurable improvements.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team facilitation skills.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes on the production floor.

• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead QMS initiatives, ensuring adherence to ISO/WRAP/BSCI and buyer-specific compliance requirements.

• Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train production teams for effective implementation.

• Facilitate Kaizen, 5S, and other lean tools to create a culture of continuous improvement.

• Monitor and report process KPIs, highlighting opportunities for improvement and ensuring sustainability of best practices.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment between business goals and operational excellence initiatives.
