Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in designing and executing OD strategies to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and agile organizational culture.
∎ Work with leadership teams to align organizational goals with employee development programs.
∎ Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation and development initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with departments to assess workforce capabilities, manage employee engagement, and promote cultural alignment.
∎ Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive employee training programs focused on skill development, leadership, and performance improvement.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training plans.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
∎ Assess training outcomes by gathering feedback, analyzing learning data, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
∎ Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track the performance and impact of OD and training initiatives.
∎ Produce detailed reports on training effectiveness, organizational development progress, and key employee performance metrics.
∎ Analyze data on employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction to inform decision-making and drive improvements in HR practices.
∎ Monitor and report on KPIs related to talent development, learning outcomes, and employee retention.
∎ Collaborate with HR teams to generate reports for management review and recommend corrective actions where needed.
∎ Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
∎ Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans and coaching strategies.
∎ Contribute to succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and supporting their career development through structured programs.
∎ Organize employee engagement activities, workshops, and initiatives to boost morale and retention.
∎ Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to assess and improve workplace culture.
∎ Collaborate with HR to roll out initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
