Assistant Manager/Moderator (Male): Have a good idea of how to use a computer database, POS machine, scanner, and software, Social Media Marketing, Ability to work under pressure. Candidates must have the mentality to work long hours. Experience in providing good customer service, Good Speaking of English & Bengali. Should have Smart, Energetic, and Hard-working. Should have experience in a Shopping mall and display center Management will be highly preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
- We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Assistant Manager/ Social Media Moderator to oversee daily operations at our online & offline shop Management.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Display Centre which includes shop opening, shop closing, functioning of shops & customer service. Ensure clean product display.
- Take steps to increase shop sales through support, encouragement, and motivation, On-time response and follow-up on customer complaints.
