∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to lead a fabric team whose are manage company requirement 100% from outsourcing/sub-contract factories. Development stage to knitting, Dyeing & finished knit fabric.
∎ Outstanding leadership quality along with communication skills expected to perform the desire job role.
∎ Should be capable of correspondence/negotiate with parties and arrange timely deliveries by follow-up production.
∎ Proactive planning and organized production schedules considering delivery date by assessing of production capacity.
∎ Coordinate and work closely with other cross-functional sections/teams like knitting, dyeing, and PPC for smooth production and delivery.
∎ Communicates/corresponding with factories in order to negotiate price, machine, production per day, quality in a professional manner, etc.
∎ Ensure periodic visits at sub-contract factories to monitor production & quality.
∎ Performs reconciliation of each work order & creates the database (e.g. machine detail, rate, availability, etc.) of knitting & dyeing subcontract factories.
∎ Any task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Positive mindset.
∎ Team Leader & as well as a team player.
