Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring factory sustainability to fill the & customer COC requirement and comply international law requirement to met company’s vision.
∎ To identify & solve the compliance issues and plan for continuous improvement & organizational development projects.
∎ To face audit of social compliance audit like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, BWB, Inditex (GTW & CFW), ISO 9001, FSLM, FEM, Technical/Quality Assurance audit, QS, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, Fair Trade, OKEO-TEX, Security System Audit (C-TPAT), SCAN, GSV & FCCA etc.
∎ To handle DOE, ETP assessment & management system, HIGG social and environmental index on self-evolution and validation, plan A (M&S) & ISO 14001, ZDHC etc.
∎ To follow up all legal document like Trade license, Acid License (DC Office), DIFE, ECC(DOE), Explosive dept., boiler inspector, BERC, FSCD, Industrial Police & local authority.
∎ To prepare all corrective action plan (CAP) and follow up regularly as per submitted CAP.
∎ To carry out any other special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of organization.
