Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The person/s should be smart and have good convincing capabilities against customer queries.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Solicit potential clients to buy properties.
∎ To communicate with prospective buyers to see the properties.
∎ Good marketing Skills on all platform of Digital Marketing .
∎ To Gather information about the current market scenario/ analysis and update time to time.
∎ To Follow up clients & maintaining client database in ERP.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ To Follow up Sales and Promotional Activities.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Acquire New Customers & visit Projects frequently.
∎ Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
∎ Meet with Key Customers and assists the Sales Team with maintaining relationships and Closing deals.
∎ To Follow-up Clients through Phone Calls, Emails & Physical visit to generate Sales.
