∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Quality control, Quality Control Management, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise staff and oversee product quality procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards.
∎ Organize and carry out analytical activities of Raw materials, Packaging materials and finished goods.
∎ Prepare specifications, test procedures and analytical test reports of bulk products.
∎ Prepare and maintain working standard review and update analytical test method during job time
∎ Monitor the quality control functions to assuring the quality of all the batches manufactured at every stage of manufacturing /process and packaging for mosquito coil as well as consumer goods (Nonfood)
∎ Sampling, inspection and testing as per specifications of raw and packing material for release, or rejection and its documentation.
∎ Sampling, inspection and testing as per specifications of In-process product for release, rejection and further processing or reprocessing and its documentation.
∎ Sampling, inspection and testing as per specifications of the final product for release, or rejection and further processing or reprocessing and its documentation.
∎ Release or Rejection of every batch of mosquito coil and Consumer goods (Non-food) for distribution and Sale
∎ Analytical investigation for market complaints and Product recall
∎ To keep records of the release, quarantine or rejection of components and finished products, inner boxes, shipper cartons, Containers, Closures and labels based on Quality control test results.
∎ To Establish guidelines and procedures on GMP and GLP standard Operating procedures of overall quality control.
∎ Routine “good laboratory practices auditing” of the control process and related areas.
∎ Knowledge about QMS and ENS modules for mosquito coil and consumer products manufacturing industry.
∎ To follow the reporting system to the business head on a daily /weekly/monthly/basis as per the standard procedure reporting system.
∎ Any other job assigned by management can take Positively
