Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years Bachelor/Master in CSE (having no 3rd Division/Class in any academic record).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and improve the ICT Infrastructure of the organization in compliance with ICT Security guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Supervise ICT infrastructure of the organization including branch offices.
∎ Create, review, monitor and update policies and manuals of the organization in compliance with ICT Security guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Conduct information systems audit of the organization.
∎ Assess vulnerability and perform penetration test of the ICT infrastructure.
∎ Manage ICT infrastructure and software development projects.
∎ Develop application software to serve daily activities of the organization.
∎ Create and update operational and technical manuals of the developed software.
∎ Implement and supervise disaster recovery site.
∎ Co-operate with internal and external audit team.
∎ Maintain detail inventory of the installed hardware and software in the organization.
∎ Maintain log of daily ICT related problems, identify and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Manage vendors to get solutions of critical ICT issues.
∎ Responsible for both information and physical security of the organization's ICT infrastructure.
∎ Responsible for server and network administration.
∎ Organize and conduct in-house ICT training.
∎ Supervise/provide suggestion to the ICT team/committee of the organization.
∎ Any other assignment as given by higher authorities from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidate.
∎ 8 [eight] years with at least 3 [three] years' experience in the ICT Department of any Bank/Non-Bank Financial Institution.
