Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Functions
∎ Analyzing efficiencies of different sections/departments and identifying alternatives to maximize the efficiency and reduce the cost.
∎ Workout with IPE team to enhance the Efficiency and work with production team to achieve.
∎ Follow up on Production Build up Achievement and variance
∎ Work on Build up Variance and work out the plan to fulfill the monthly performances
∎ Make the IPE Team aware to keep required records on every work they do related to work study functions.
∎ Generate and Monitor support service plant performance and efficiency as well as determining cost per minute.
∎ Maintain the factory management report ( SAM report, Efficiency report, Operator Effi: , Monthly build up plan, Daily Flash report )
∎ Educate and aware the staff to improve the operator handling to achieve Efficiency & Quality.
∎ Coordinate sample room realistic and feasible SMV for upcoming style from CPC.
∎ Monitor the Layout arrangement and Line balancing and visit the line to check the performances
∎ Analytical study on all generated report including GSD / SMV and CPC SMV collaboration.
∎ Monitoring daily routing work of IPE’s/work study officer’s and secretaries
∎ Create system and procedure for production based on Lean Manufacturing.
∎ Monitor Absenteeism and turnover.
∎ Follow up the new operator training process.
∎ Weekly Functions
∎ Monitor the Buildup performances of previous week and plan for next week
∎ Conduct methods engineering and workspace engineering to save the SMV.
∎ Participate Pre- Production Meeting & observe the PILOT process
∎ Monthly Functions
∎ Monitoring lost time & taking corrective and preventive actions Check the SMV cost Budget and ready the factory environment accordingly to achieve the required capacity
∎ Work with the planning dept. to get the correct loading to the factory
∎ Conduct Style review meeting
∎ Work with the planning dept. makes a better buildup to achieve capacity plan.
∎ Make and Review manpower and machinery requirement.
∎ Make and share the factory performances report top management
∎ Update the monthly performances and required data to central department.
∎ Yearly Functions:
∎ Review the Past year performances and share with the factory team.
∎ Ready the Yearly department objectives and action plan to achieve the targets
∎ Make and share the strategic plan to achieve the year objectives
∎ Review performances of line / Area in the factory
∎ Review Staff and Management Performances
∎ Special Assignment
∎ Lean – Rail System & Waste Reduction
∎ Material Utilization - MU Project
∎ Manpower Utilization – Sewer to Non-sewer Ratio
∎ Cost Reduction Initiatives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Target oriented & hard working mentality.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office and E-mail.
