Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and maintain company network which includes, LAN and WAN using both Fortinet Firewall and Mikrotik CCR Router
∎ Ensure installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting of file server, network, sharing, network printing, hardware and software
∎ Configure and monitor DNS/active directory, FTP
∎ Linux and VMware vSphere skills a must
∎ Zimbra Email Server administration and deep troubleshooting skill is a must
∎ Provide help-desk and on-site technical support of hardware and software at factories, depots
∎ Update inventory of all hardware and software on Oracle EBS and Microsoft Excel
∎ Maintain proper documentation and vendor management
∎ Elastix IPPBX Phone administration
∎ Communicate with all departments and sections for IT support
∎ Grandstream IPPBX device, Zoiper IP Phone application skills
∎ Ensure and monitor network security using corporate firewall and bandwidth management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Certification: Candidates with MCSE/ CCNA/MTCNA/RHCE/VCP-DCV certification would be an added advantage
∎ Must have skills – Linux Server administration, VMware vSphere administration, Fortinet firewall administration, Zimbra Email Server Administration, Elastix IPPBX IP-Phone administration
∎ Skills, knowledge and successful experience in the service, maintenance and repair of desktop and laptop computers, printers and other IT equipments
∎ Experience in LAN, WAN, subnet mask, VPN, Mikrotik/Firewall Routing, Fortinet Firewall, wireless network systems, Access Control & CCTV System
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Very good communication skills
∎ Sound analytical ability
∎ Pleasant and courteous
∎ Customer focused
