Experience:
Strong knowledge of VAS platforms, digital services, OTT, and emerging telecom technologies.
Proven track record in solution design, product lifecycle management, and service delivery.
Hands-on experience in vendor and OEM management, including negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to telecom and VAS in Bangladesh.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to introduce innovative VAS offerings.
Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent skills in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required for projects, training, or OEM coordination.
1. Pre-Sales:
Provide product-specific technical assistance to the sales/marketing team, including solution application and qualifying prospects.
Deliver training and development programs for the sales team on new product lines.
Participate in strategy meetings, analyze potential markets and emerging technologies.
Support tender preparation, bid management, survey, solution design, validation, and lead nurturing.
Introduce new OEMs while strengthening existing partnerships; conduct POC/Demo to establish solutions.
2. Delivery & Project Management:
Implement solutions in line with specifications and ensure timely project delivery.
Collect UAT, ensure smooth project closure, and coordinate with related parties for follow-up activities.
3. Service & Support:
Manage warranty and guarantee obligations.
Provide service and support as per SLA agreements.
4. OEM & Partner Management:
Keep OEM/partner portals active by obtaining training and accreditation.
Ensure compliance with OEM requirements, including sales target achievements.
5. Other Activities:
Negotiate and finalize prices with OEMs and local vendors.
Coordinate with Accounts, Store, and Procurement teams for operational support.
Conduct market research, prepare product-wise planning, and arrange funding from OEMs.
