Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of raw materials (wheat), in-process products, and final flour products.
∎ Ensure testing procedures comply with internal standards, government regulations (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, HACCP), and customer specifications.
∎ Monitor parameters like moisture, ash content, protein, gluten, and other flour quality indicators.
∎ Help in calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and instruments.
∎ Assist in maintaining and optimizing quality control protocols across production stages.
∎ Maintain accurate QC documentation, logs, and records as per company SOPs and audit requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
∎ Supervise lab technicians and junior QC staff.
