Ability to work 24/7 roster duty
Sound knowledge of different Radio & Transmission equipment used in the ISP/Telco industry
Sound knowledge to operate the fiber splicing machine, Laser machine, and Power meter
Experience working with MUX and Transmission equipment
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise Day to day troubleshooting and maintenance of Fiber and Radio and Transmission links
Coordinate with head office and technical support team for early resolution of any Fiber, Radio & Transmission related network incidents through appropriate and fast troubleshooting
Guide the Technicians for proper and on time Fiber, Radio & Transmission link installation as per company standard and industry best practice
Adhere to company standards, SOP and SLA
Coordinate with agencies to minimize any damage
Drive for better availability and customer experience
Manage and maintain Site survey and requisition of tools and materials
Coordinate tasks and cooperate closely with other teams as well as to contribute to network rollout
To contribute periodical preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance checks and work order execution
To contribute to acceptance of new installed sites, nodes, equipment
Ensure regular reporting and analysis for continuous process improvement
