Minimum 6 years’ experience for the position Assistant Manager.
Minimum 8 years’ experience for the position Deputy Manager.
Experience in HFO based Power Plants will be preferred.
Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.
Able to work under pressure.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintenance, trouble shooting of engine based power plants.
Ensure proper schedule maintenance and other of plant machinery carried out in time.
Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
Plan with the Manager regarding upcoming maintenance and raise spare requisition for that.
Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any electrical job.
Follow company policy, security and cost effectiveness.
Follow other jobs assigned by the management
