Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching footwear.
- Ensure optimal warehouse layout and storage conditions for footwear to avoid damage and ensure easy access.
- Implement best practices in stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), shelf labeling, and order accuracy.
- Maintain efficient workflow for picking and packing footwear products.
- Monitor inventory levels and accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of goods movements using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Supervise and lead warehouse team members, including assigning duties, performance management, and training.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels during peak and off-peak seasons.
