Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 42 years
Bachelor's in Business Administration, or PGD in Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, or ERP systems.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of warehouse safety and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
Coordinate with receiving and dispatch teams for the timely loading and unloading of goods.
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of inventory data in ERP or warehouse systems.
Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for smooth material flow.
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
Prepare regular reports on stock movement, discrepancies, and damages.
Support in budget planning and resource allocation.
