Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from a recognized University.
∎ BBA/MBA in Business Administration

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will report to Manager, HR, Training, and Administration. S/he will be primarily responsible for -
∎ Conducting TNA within the organization
∎ Design training programs and prepare yearly training calendar based on the need.
∎ Design new training modules considering the desired service standards to improve the performance of employees' working in different departments.
∎ Conduct pre-training and post training evaluation of the participants to identify impact of the training program.
∎ Conduct training programs as per the need and calendar.
∎ Measuring the training outcomes based on Krick-Patrick model
∎ Visiting different outlets frequently to follow-up and implementation of learning from the training programs.
∎ Work closely with Outlet Managers to improve overall service standard to ensure a better customer experience in the outlets.
∎ Provide on-the-job training to staffs in the outlets.
∎ Review and continuously improve training programs, modules, and engagement activities.
∎ Prepare and maintain training related reports, feedback mechanism between Outlets, and Training & Development section.
∎ Preparing yearly training budget and maintain the expenditure as per the approved budget.
∎ Any other task assigned by the reporting supervisor/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Al least 3-4 years of job experience in core training & development functions. Experience in the service industry i.e. retail, hotel, and service industry is preferred. Candidates with foreign exposure in the Retail industry will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication skills with the people of diverse backgrounds.
∎ Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to change priorities.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) & Outlook.
∎ Able to work in a team and independently.
∎ Positive attitude to visit the Outlets frequently to oversee the transfer of training.
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English
