Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative Support:
∎ Assist in coordinating and managing administrative activities within the store.
∎ Maintain and update records, documents, and databases accurately and efficiently.
∎ Respond to inquiries and provide information to both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed, including assisting with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
∎ Communication and Coordination:
∎ Facilitate communication between different departments, ensuring information flow is seamless.
∎ Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, and maintain the calendar of the department.
∎ Office Management:
∎ Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space for a conducive work environment.
∎ Data Entry and MIS Reporting:
∎ Enter data into relevant systems accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Generate MIS reports at desired intervals and assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes.
∎ Assist with data entry and reporting tasks, including updating databases, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in administrative tasks.

∎ Vendor and Supplier Interaction:
∎ Assist in liaising with vendors and suppliers, handling inquiries, and processing orders.
∎ Maintain records of vendor communications and transactions.
∎ Documentation and Filing:
∎ Organize and maintain physical and digital records and files.
∎ Ensure compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation, including personnel records, financial data, company policies, and other relevant information. Ensure proper filing and organization of documents.
∎ Assistance to Seniors:
∎ Supporting senior management with tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communications, preparing reports, and providing administrative support.
