Responsibilities & Context:

  • Preparation and submission of local & international tenders

  • Study and prepare tender specifications as per requirements

  • Understand and analyze technical parameters of tender documents

  • Prepare technical & financial documents for tender submission

  • Maintain and organize tender-related documents

  • Communicate with foreign manufacturers / principals regarding products, specifications, and documents

  • Assist in foreign manufacturer dealing, emails, quotations, and documentation

  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect required tender information

  • Ensure timely and accurate tender submission

  • Prepare technical and financial documents accurately

  • Handle E-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) tendering process

  • Liaison with foreign manufacturers / principals for product details, compliance documents, and quotations

  • Prepare compliance sheets, technical datasheets, and supporting documents

  • Must be able to understand technical specifications & parameters

  • Basic knowledge of tender procedures

  • Strong document preparation & formatting skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PDF handling

  • Maintain proper tender documentation and records
