Should be able to ride motor bike with valid driving license
Should have strong technical knowledge of cement and concrete applications
Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively and work at construction sites

Conduct regular visits to site engineers, local government departments, and private organizations to develop and strengthen professional relationships
Act as the technical liaison between customers and the company, ensuring effective communication of product benefits and application methods
Identify and convert potential construction sites to company product usage through technical persuasion and demonstration
Support the sales team in achieving site conversion targets and ensuring repeat sales
Provide detailed explanations of product specifications, features, and advantages to all stakeholders at the site
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly through technical inspection and problem analysis
Recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures in coordination with relevant departments
Maintain records of complaints and corrective actions for future reference and continuous improvement
Conduct training sessions at construction sites to educate subcontractors, masons, and site workers on proper product usage and best construction practices
Develop and maintain a detailed database of trained masons, subcontractors, and site influencers for periodic engagement and follow-up
Plan and organize technical programs such as Engineer Meets, Mason Meets, and Individual House Builder (IHB) awareness sessions at the local level
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to ensure knowledge transfer and reinforce brand credibility
Perform site-wise retail tagging to establish clear linkages between construction sites and retail outlets selling company products
Monitor and ensure proper product visibility, display, and availability within the mapped retail network
