The role of an Assistant Manager - Technical Support who will possess a robust understanding of internet protocols, including TCP/IP and OSI Layer as well as demonstrates extensive expertise in managing Data Centers, Network Devices, and Technical Project Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategize and take proactive steps to enhance service quality for enterprise clients.
∎ Innovate by designing and implementing new network solutions, or optimizing the efficiency of existing networks.
∎ Configure and maintain network and security devices (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Servers) to maximize network performance and security.
∎ Diligently monitor and analyze network logs, data, and historical records to identify the root causes of network anomalies and security vulnerabilities.
∎ Expertly design and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
∎ Foster seamless inter-departmental communication.
∎ Organize regular training sessions covering various technical topics to enhance the organization's technical capabilities.
∎ Actively participate in technical and pre-sales meetings with clients and potential clients.
∎ Comprehend client requirements for network and device enhancements and provide valuable suggestions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in guiding and leading technical teams and subordinates towards achieving departmental objectives.
∎ Exhibits a positive attitude and strong decision-making capabilities, especially in critical situations.
∎ Bring with them a wealth of experience, with a background of 3 or more years in senior technical positions, primarily in supporting enterprise clients.
∎ Holds vendor certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCP, NSE, RHCL, MTCNA, or HCNA, which would be advantageous.
∎ Thrives in high-pressure situations, consistently delivering results while under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
