Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Interior Design.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & follow up the Technical Team on the floor.
∎ Follow up inline Technical Process maintain the Quality.
∎ Monitoring & follow up technical Issues solving any issues related to the finish goods.
∎ Preparing corrective action plan to achieved departmental goal.
∎ Preparing Training & developing Plan for technical team.
∎ Developing and implementing new technologies to improve the production efficiency.
∎ Motivate & monitor Technical Team to achieve QCO time and perform in set targets daily.
∎ Maintain customer require Quality standards. Guide & follow up other requirement.
∎ Prepare departmental Goal, SOP, Flow Chart. System form.
∎ Maintain departmental documents, records are maintain accordingly.
∎ Ensuring Buyer COC, Standard, & compliance requirement (health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and quality control standards).
∎ Any others assign duties by management.

Salary:
∎ Basic: 1,80,000/-

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ House rent: 20,000/-
∎ Medical Allowance: 10,000/-
∎ Transport allowance: 5,000/-
