Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and execute overall recruitment processes for the entire sales force of the group along with SBUs.
∎ Prepare appealing job descriptions
∎ Advertise vacancies through national dailies/ job portals and on online recruiting sources.
∎ Source candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media)
∎ Work with monthly new joiner’s (sales force) first 03 & 06 months KPI setting & follow up.
∎ Work with sales managers to determine annual hiring needs & update organogram accordingly
∎ Execute post recruitment activities i.e. approval, offer letter, appointment letter, management reporting, etc.
∎ Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
∎ Manage and utilize CV bank in an organized way for future needs.
