• Oversee business plan and strategy to ensure maximum growth for the business.

• Lead revenue forecasting to ensure sales growth by analyzing business tactics, performance, pricing, market research, and competitor analysis.

• Develop and implement long and short-term growth plans, strategies, and directives by judgment, vision, management, and leadership.

• Explore new market and find out the business potentiality to ensure sustainable growth.

• Report on the progress of the company’s revenue goals and other qualitative indexes of performance to the management from time to time.

• Analyze existing competitors’ strategies and market trends to design effective trade offers in coordination with Marketing Department.

• Drive customer acquisition strategy for the company with the aim of maximizing revenue and customer mind share.

• Work with cross-functional departments with other leadership and executive officer team members to foster collaboration, faster revenue growth, and higher profitability.

• Establish positive and constructive business relationship with the relevant stakeholders to leverage network for business opportunities and partnerships.
