This position will be responsible for achieving sales target and profitable growth of assigned territory.

• Achieve the sales target in terms of value and quantity.

• Supervise, manage and motivate Field Officers (FO) effectively to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target.

• Ensure 100% product availability and route wise outlet coverage. 

• Implement the merchandising activities by the Field Officer to ensure product visibility in the market places

• Manage financial discipline in terms of cash collection, credit control.

• Monitor distributors' stock as well as investment and ensure timely payment from distributors to company.

• Source potential distributors to appoint against the vacant distribution as well as for the future requirements.

• Provide on job training to the Field Officers for improving their professional selling skills and product knowledge.

• Develop future sales leaders through proper training, counselling and guidelines.

• Monitor the competitors' activities (trade offer, different program, price, etc.) and propose and assist the management accordingly. 

• Prepare different types of report as and when required by the management.
