Experience:
Develop and implement a sales strategy for the division that aligns with the overall business strategy to attain sales targets.
Regularly monitor the performance of TSMs/RSMs and Field Officers to meet sales targets.
Analyze the current market coverage and explore opportunities to ensure business growth.
Manage and motivate distributors and take necessary actions to ensure that their ROI is achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, customers, and stakeholders to strengthen the network and increase coverage.
Train and develop the team to improve their selling skills and interpersonal skills.
Implement and give feedback on market trade offers as well as monitor the competitor’s activities
Propose and assist the management in formulating newer and unique types of trade programs.
Prepare different types of reports as per the management requirements.
