• Willingness to travel for store visits and audits.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Store Merchandising to oversee visual merchandising, in-store product presentation, and customer-centric product placement for a prominent foreign wellness and lifestyle brand. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational efficiency to ensure that store displays not only reflect the brand’s identity but also drive customer engagement and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and maintain in-store visual merchandising and displays in alignment with brand guidelines.

• Curate product shelves and layouts to create an engaging, premium shopping experience.

• Monitor customer demand trends and purchasing behavior to optimize product placement.

• Collaborate with international team to understand merchandizing requirement and trend to implement in-store.

• Collaborate with store managers and sales staff to ensure merchandising strategies are executed consistently across outlets.

• Manage inventory display cycles, ensuring fast-moving items are prioritized while maintaining brand aesthetic.

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.

• Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising standards and best practices.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to implement seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional displays.
