Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Store Merchandising to oversee visual merchandising, in-store product presentation, and customer-centric product placement for a prominent foreign wellness and lifestyle brand. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and operational efficiency to ensure that store displays not only reflect the brand’s identity but also drive customer engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and maintain in-store visual merchandising and displays in alignment with brand guidelines.
Curate product shelves and layouts to create an engaging, premium shopping experience.
Monitor customer demand trends and purchasing behavior to optimize product placement.
Collaborate with international team to understand merchandizing requirement and trend to implement in-store.
Collaborate with store managers and sales staff to ensure merchandising strategies are executed consistently across outlets.
Manage inventory display cycles, ensuring fast-moving items are prioritized while maintaining brand aesthetic.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
Provide training and guidance to store staff on merchandising standards and best practices.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to implement seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional displays.
