Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting & Finance from a reputed university.
∎ Diploma/any professional training on Stock or supply chain management will add advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain record of receipts from production as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness.
∎ To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.
∎ To manage that the arrangement of Tiles has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and repossessed whenever there is a requirement. Similarly, he ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse.
∎ To start the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the other staff members.
∎ To supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of Tiles and consignment so that it can be obtained and identified easily.
∎ To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory.
∎ Maintain Daily Monthly & Yearly Stock Report for Company Management.
∎ Co-operate Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistic & Others department.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ Responsible for keeping a close eye on the movement of stock from in and out of the warehouse.
∎ Develops, maintains, and adopts the best operational procedure and practices for inventory control.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the entire stock and delivery operations.
∎ Maintain total sample procedure.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to perform shifting duty.
∎ Minimum 05 to 08 years experience in relevant area with at least 02 years' experience to handle the department independently.
∎ Good time management Skill.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Strong IT skills.
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solutions.
∎ Team player, Independent, can-do attitude, enthusiastic and work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment.
