∎ Graduation or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day-to-day support on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational development
∎ Partner with Talent Management, Policy, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions
∎ Assessment of the employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
∎ Work across teams to ensure HR objectives are met
∎ Keep up to date with HR updates potentially affecting Academic and Admin staff
∎ Participate in HR related projects and provide appropriate HR support to the team
∎ Work for improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
∎ Participate in various projects focused on continuous improvement
∎ Preparation of regular analysis, reports and presentations

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits
∎ Good market knowledge and excellent skill in data management
∎ Should have good communication skill especially in writing
∎ Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse groups
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
