Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Skills Required: ABAP, At least 2 year(s) experience in development of software, ERP Systems, Knowledge of MES and Tally, Object Oriented Programming
∎ Skills Required: Group of Companies, Hospital, Real Estate or Retail Chain Shopping., The applicants should have experience in the following business area
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Networking, IT System Managem, Programmer Software Engineer, The applicants should have experience in the following business area
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and monitor existing systems and manages the day to day IT operations.
∎ Ensure onsite, remote, telephone and email technical support to the group of companies.
∎ Ensure diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
∎ Ensure that help desk tickets are closed or escalated promptly.
∎ Ensure regularly scheduled technical tasks are accomplished on time.
∎ Ensure Installation and configuration hardware and software.
∎ Development and implementation of processes to maintain a stable network environment.
∎ Train staff with IT related equipment and software.
∎ Ensure Sets up and configures desktop, laptop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level.
∎ Ensure Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed.
∎ Ensure desktop and Laptop support.
∎ Ensure setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
∎ Ensure reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops.
∎ Ensure Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops.
∎ Ensure antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops.
∎ Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware software and Maintains records.
∎ Ensure all backups are completed as per documented processes.
∎ Communicates with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Monitors and maintaining the all CC Cameras, Ensure the daily back-up as well as Stores.
∎ Monitors and update Attendance devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having multiple experience in programming will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
