Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Abilities to have meetings with concerned departments and collect requirements.
∎ Analyzing requirements and assigning tasks to team members based on priority.
∎ Performing as counselor and coach for the team members
∎ Managing the team by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
∎ Answering questions and guiding all software development team members.
∎ Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems
∎ Designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures
∎ Providing procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
∎ Capabilities of solving any type of troubleshooting issues and incidents caused by bugs
∎ Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time
∎ Acting in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
∎ Auditing systems and assessing their outcomes
∎ Preserving assets, information security, and control structures
∎ Handling annual budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Software Development, Team Leader (Software)
∎ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
∎ Knowledge of travel, tourism, and software development.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (speaking and writing).
∎ Hardworking, passionate, Punctual & Time management.
∎ Minimum 5 years of Development experience and 2 years in a management role.
∎ Very good understanding of OOP and Design Patterns & Principles
∎ PHP, Laravel, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery
∎ MySQL, Cloud Spanner, Redis
∎ Git, Backlog, Slack
∎ At least 5 years of experience in web application development using PHP and React.
∎ Analytical skills and advanced arithmetic skills are required.
∎ Quality-minded approach throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
∎ Approaching very structured and systematic work.
∎ Ensuring the systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
∎ Responsibilities for the deadline and quality of the services.
