Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related field.
2. 4–5 years of professional experience in e‑commerce/digital marketing/social media roles in the beauty/skincare or FMCG sector in Bangladesh.
3. Demonstrated success managing social media channels and e‑commerce operations (campaigns, content, conversions, customer journey).
4. Good understanding of e‑commerce operations: online store, marketplace, conversion funnel, customer acquisition cost, retargeting, and logistics coordination.
5. Strong understanding of Bangladeshi digital consumer behavior, platforms and language/cultural nuances.
6. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics), and ability to turn data into strategic actions.
7. Hands‑on experience with content planning and execution (static posts, video reels, carousel, influencer collaborations).
8. Good working knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, product‑listing workflows, online payment and fulfilment dynamics in Bangladesh.
9. Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English (written and verbal). Collaborative attitude, high ownership and adaptability.
10. Self‑starter mindset, agile, collaborative, capable of working across teams and deadlines.
11. Strong attention to detail, high personal ownership, and focus on results.
1. Develop and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) tailored to Bangladesh’s consumer behaviors and skincare trends.
2. Manage content calendars: plan, create (or supervise creation of) posts, reels, short‑videos, carousel posts, influencer collaborations aligned with brand voice and objectives.
3. Monitor, analyze and report social KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, CAC, ROAS) and make data‑driven optimization recommendations.
4. Coordinate with e‑commerce operations: product listing updates, pricing adjustments, stock and fulfilment status, and return/refund workflows to ensure seamless customer experience.
5. Work with the digital ads team to plan and oversee paid campaigns, monitor budget deployment and performance (e.g., Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Shopping).
6. Collaborate with product, supply‑chain and customer‑service teams to gather consumer insights, feedback and product reviews, and turn them into actionable tweaks in messaging, positioning and offers.
7. Stay on top of market trends in the Bangladeshi skincare sector: competitor moves, influencer shifts, platform algorithm changes, consumer behavior in Bangladesh.
8. Identify and propose growth opportunities—new digital channels, partnerships (local influencers, micro‑creators), content formats, flash‑sales/promotions.
9. Ensure that all social media content and e‑commerce activities comply with relevant Bangladeshi regulatory requirements (e.g., advertising standards for skincare/beauty products).
10. Mentor and coordinate junior content creators/executors, ensuring quality, brand consistency and timely delivery.
