Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or M. Com in Accounting/Finance/Banking from any reputed University having no Third Class/Division/Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records and partly Qualified CA with relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning.
∎ Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
∎ Ensure compliance with Regulatory, IAS and IFRS reporting requirements.
∎ Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
∎ Develop and implement finance, accounting, and billing procedures.
∎ Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
∎ Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
∎ Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
∎ Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
∎ Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
∎ Ensure regulatory compliance and Taxation planning, administration and compliance.
∎ Checking the Client wise Outstanding Balance prepared by Junior.
∎ Prepared PSI Statement for every quarter and annually.
∎ All kinds of Bangladesh Bank required Monthly Statement prepared in due time.
∎ Assist CFO to prepare Quarterly & Annually Financial Statement.
∎ Any others task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years and above practical experience in Financial Institutions in relevant field.
∎ Well conversant in regulatory requirements, NBFI rules & regulations.
∎ In-depth understanding of Tally and Bank Ultimus system.
∎ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
∎ For higher deserving candidates requirements may be relaxed.
