Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze CM (Cost of Making) & productivity for new development styles from sketches/samples.
Provide CM to merchandising; re-evaluate post-order for cost reduction.
Finalize operation bulletin, SMV, line layout, targets, and line balancing.
Manage 30 woven garment lines; monitor daily production and efficiency.
Plan man, machine & attachments; handle quick changeovers.
Cover daily absenteeism; calculate department-wise manpower needs.
Improve productivity via method, motion & time studies.
Reduce non-productive time, WIP, defects, and wastage.
Breakdown garment manufacturing processes & machine layout planning.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, technical and quality issues.
Coordinate with planning for capacity, line, and monthly factory plans.
Align cut & finishing plans with delivery dates in coordination with Production team.
Monitor and approve factory production incentive reports.
Regular factory visits to ensure execution of planned production.
