∎ The applicant is currently serving as a Security In-charge or similar post in the reputed company.
∎ ARMY, NAVY & AIR FORCE related personnel are only allowed to apply for the post.
∎ Retired warrant Officer.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Any Security Related Training
∎ Skills Required: Security related activities
∎ The applicant is currently serving as a Security In-charge or similar post in the reputed company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement security plans and procedures to ensure the safety.
∎ Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for overall security of human resources, material and information of the factory.
∎ Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Control and managing power to monitor entire Security Team within the Company.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Management and worker to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.
∎ Initiate and conduct all investigations involving incidents/accidents related to missing items, trespassing etc.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with government and local law enforcing agencies and manage relevant issues.
∎ Prepare and submit report on Security Core activities periodically (as per requirement) to the management.
∎ Training must be given to new security guards.
∎ Ensure that all guards know the stranger challenging procedures.
∎ Duty distribution & follow up / monitoring.
∎ Maintaining proper locking system & Ensure Man, Machine & Material safety for whole factory premises.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
