Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within a set budget, targets and deadlines for the project of Dhaka.
∎ Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
∎ Work closely with Real Estate Agents to collect potential customer data.
∎ Proper follow-up with customers till the execution of sales.
∎ Researching current trends and competitor offerings in order to develop new products or improve existing offerings.
∎ Promote the products of the company- flats & commercial space.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities in order to determine whether goals were met and additional measures are needed.
∎ Developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for products-flats & commercial space.
∎ Prepare a database of potential customers.
∎ Survey new areas for data collection.
∎ To recruit Real Estate Agents in designated areas.
∎ Follow up with team members regularly.
∎ Build a strong relationship with Real Estate Agents.
∎ Arrange Meetings with the team members.
∎ Coordinating with customer influencers.
∎ Project presentation to the potential customer in the office & in the project site.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Should have a positive and to-do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google sheets.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
