Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Be the link between the Suppliers, Factories & Quality department.
∎ Close contact with Quality Manager, Merchandising team & suppliers.
∎ Conduct size -set, Inline & Final inspection as per customer STD.
∎ Monitor & ensure quality/production process at factory has been maintained as per organization STD.
∎ Immediately inform to line manager if observe any evidence of breaches of company compliance SOP.
∎ Drive the Organization's Quality Standards, Inspection, and supplier process improvement support function.
∎ Train, follow-up certified suppliers, Manage pre-production meetings with factory when necessary.
∎ Conduct inspection (Size-set, Inline and Final, whenever applicable) according to the customers' requirement and prepare an inspection report to report inspection findings.
∎ Tracks the failed reports & ensures the implementation of Corrective Action Plans.
∎ Thoroughly Review QC file & PP seal Sample with BULK production & ensure all the aspects maintained as per required standard.
∎ Assist QC management with data/metrics for Quality Audit, Quality management system develop & factory Capacity & capability Metrix.
∎ Educate & guide factory GPQ/workers to execute the appropriate SOP, as per Organization quality Standards & Testing /Inspection guideline.
∎ Monitor Risk Assessment & analyse problem log to identify and prepare appropriate reports.
∎ Follow up all quality points, process engineering & Packing accuracy as per SOP for better
