Job Context:
∎ The Assistant Manager (Production) will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. He will develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
∎ Job Location-Factory (Mymensingh)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all processes involved in the production.
∎ Ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company by the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems.
∎ Act as a link between companies and regulatory authorities, ensuring that products are manufactured and distributed in compliance with appropriate legislation.
∎ Maintain an overview of long-term capability throughout the Unit and initiate actions to ensure the development of an optimal talent pipeline and also ensuring succession planning for critical roles as well for the Unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in any manufacturing unit, Rice bran Oil mill, feeds mill will get preference.
∎ Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
