∎ Minimum10 years’ experience working in a Rice Bran refinery plant.
∎ Ability to understand and follow complex instructions and procedures
∎ Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
∎ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
∎ Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
∎ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
∎ Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and regulate refinery processes, including temperature, pressure, flow rate, and chemical composition.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment malfunctions and process disturbances.
∎ Collect and analyze data from process control systems to ensure optimal refinery performance and efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
∎ Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
∎ Document and maintain accurate records of refinery operations and maintenance activities.
