Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep sharp eye on current fashion trend to update own development range for buyer and market expansion
∎ Source and develop new factories as per requirements and regularly introduce new products
∎ Ensure the right quality, color, trims & construction detail are followed by factory to achieve the correct samples
∎ Follow the developments/sampling in such a way so that given garment price can be achieved
∎ Monitor customer inquiries and put advice on development samples to ensure customer’s quality and budget requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced as Product Developer with sweater products
∎ Knowledge on sources of available fabrics and accessories with its current price
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
∎ Should have sound technical and analytical knowledge
Salary: Negotiable
