• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in production and industrial engineering in the garment/textile industry/ Technical production & Product Develop center.

• Mentor and train support specialists to enhance their technical skills and customer service abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of a specific CAD Software.

• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We are seeking a compatible Assistant Manager- Product Development (RMG) who will work for our Knit Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and mentor team members to enhance performance.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently.
• Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
• Support in hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain company standards.
