Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
Develop and formulate new beverage products (including Fruits Drinks, electrolyte drinks, Isotonic Drinks, Flavored Drinks and functional beverages) from concept to commercialization.
Optimize ingredient combinations, flavor profiles, texture, color, and shelf-life to meet quality and cost objectives.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes for better efficiency, product consistency, and safety.
Ensure all beverage formulations and packaging comply with BSTI, BFSA regulations, labeling requirements, and internal quality standards.
Conduct sensory evaluations, stability testing, and shelf-life studies. Analyze data to guide formulation decisions.
Stay updated with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to innovate and improve offerings.
Maintain detailed records of formulations, trials, specifications, and test results.
Work closely with marketing, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
