Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall make a plan for effective Embroidery Production & planning.
∎ Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with merchandising & marketing for order planning.
∎ Building relationships with merchandising department & production people for smooth embroidery operation.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Managed production planning, running own Team, & floor production staff, and scheduling of raw materials to meet production schedules.
∎ Continuously be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give a quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production.
∎ Keep a good liaison with Head Office Merchandising Heads, Merchandisers, and other divisional heads for smooth Planning of the orders.
∎ Review supply chain management for smooth raw materials receives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge on embroidery & skills in computing i;e e-mail communication
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning & its SOP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Embroidery planning
∎ Good inter-personal
