Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Assist the planning manager to ensure the maximum utilization of all its resources including man and machine.
∎ • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly capacity plans
∎ • Update daily and monthly plans.
∎ • Update production status on fast react.
∎ • Update monthly review report and sales plan.
∎ • Submit weekly report to Head Office.
∎ • Prepare order wise cutting schedules.
∎ • Preparation of cutting tickets
∎ • Follow up shipments
∎ • Co-ordinate with other relevant departments to monitor whether the quantity received is correct and report the shortage to the relevant departments
∎ • Participate in pre-production meeting
∎ • Coordinate with relevant parties to endure that all embellishment works, subcontracts are undertaken and executed in accordance with company plan
∎ • Preparation of down time reports
∎ • Preparation of In-put & Out-put report
∎ • Investigation of material consumption in the lines
