∎ BBA or MBA in human resources or related field from any reputed university.
∎ HRMC / Post Graduation Diploma in HR will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: google work space

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagements, Employee Relation, Employer Branding, HR Operations, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
∎ Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
∎ Continually educate employees on company policies, including sexual harassment, appropriate dress (well, the only form of appropriate dress is the one that you find comfortable wearing), social media permissions, etc., as well as keeping the employee handbook current.
∎ Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
∎ Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
∎ Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
∎ Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
∎ Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Comfortable working in a highly visible role with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
∎ Highly computer literate in Google Workplace (especially spreadsheet) and various HR software programs, including HRIS.
∎ A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
∎ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills (both in Bengali and English), adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
