∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and finalize Operational excellence deliverables for FY 23 financial year as a part of budgeting process for Celsius
∎ Prepare and present a risk assessment (RA) for the operational targets and take up with management with possible mitigation plans on quarterly basis
∎ Develop new SOPs, improve existing SOPs and awareness to stakeholders
∎ Initiate and define projects to achieve defined goals and finalize the cost –benefit and timeline of each projects as part of initiation.
∎ Manage the projects initiated with respective cross functional heads in a structured way.
∎ Conduct the project management meeting and drive for the
∎ Actively involve for all kind of future customer developments.
∎ Active Involvement of ERP transition in the operational pillar

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional Qualification in LEAN manufacturing
∎ Basic technical knowledge in sweater operational processes
∎ Significant experience driving and delivering projects including ERP implementation is added advantage
∎ Ability to work with cross functional heads to manage project deliverables
∎ Should have experience in an apparel manufacturing environment with reference to the operation or process improvement/excellence function
