Experience:
MBA/ Masters in Accounting/Management/HR or related subject
5 years experience as assistant manager or senior officer in any Financial organization or Group of Companies
Maintain official meeting minutes & meeting agenda.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations like billing, procurement, marketing, patient service etc.
Supervise the maintenance & including house keeping, security factory operation
Handle day-to-day administrative duties like coordinating office supplies, managing schedules and organizing meetings and events.
Implement a training and development process to ensure that appropriate development needs are met on a timely and cost-effective basis.
Liaison with all Govt. Agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is important to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries.
To manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment;·
To implement HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations;·
To manage and follow up the waste management ; ·
To ensure workplace safety and security protocols are in place and followed;·
To promote employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities;·
To keep JD record of each management employee and ensure it is being preserved accordingly;·
Assist department head in various tasks and projects as needed.
