Daily Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of all departments to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality standards.
Policy Implementation: Ensuring that all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are known, understood, and consistently followed by the team.
Resource Management: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, ensuring equipment is maintained, and overseeing the efficient use of all operational resources.
Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks, weaknesses, or inefficiencies in the current workflow and implementing changes to optimize processes and reduce costs.Supervision and Delegation: Directly supervising department managers and staff, delegating daily tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring accountability across the team.
Performance Management: Conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring staff to foster professional growth.
Training and Development: Assisting in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills.
Conflict Resolution: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive, professional, and high-morale work Strategic Execution: Assisting the General Manager in developing, communicating, and implementing strategic plans and organizational goals.
Financial Monitoring: Contributing to budgeting, managing expenses, monitoring financial reports (like sales and operational metrics), and identifying areas for cost control or revenue growth.
Customer/Client Relations: Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction and protect the company's reputation.
GM Coverage: Assuming full leadership responsibility for the entire operation in the absence of the General Manager, including making crucial decisions and representing the company to key stakeholders environment.
