Responsibilities & Context: - Internal & External Delivery (নথি ও কাগজপত্র আদান-প্রদান): Carrying and delivering files, letters, notices, and documents between different sections, departments, or staff members. This includes external errands like delivering documents to the bank, post office, or other offices.I
- Mail Management (ডাক ও কুরিয়ার): Receiving and distributing incoming mail, couriers, and official parcels, and preparing outgoing correspondence for dispatch.
- Information Relay (তথ্য সংযোগ): Acting as a communicator or liaison between different departments or between a staff member and an external visitor.
- Filing & Archiving (নথি সংরক্ষণ): Assisting with basic clerical tasks like sorting, filing, organizing, and archiving official documents and records as instructed by senior staff.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene (পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা): Maintaining the general cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of the entire office, including common areas, desks, washrooms, and the immediate outside area.
- Office Opening/Closing (অফিস খোলা ও বন্ধ করা): Ensuring the office is opened on time, lights/fans are switched on, and the office is secured at the end of the day, locking all doors and windows.
- Arrangement (আসবাবপত্র বিন্যাস): Moving and arranging light furniture, books, files, and other resources within the office for meetings, trainings, or re-organization.
- Supply Management (মনিহারি সংরক্ষণ): Monitoring and being responsible for the stock of office supplies (stationery, cleaning items, etc.) and informing the relevant authority when they need to be purchased.
- Hospitality (আপ্যায়ন): Preparing and serving water, tea, coffee, and snacks to officers, staff, and office guests/visitors.
- Meeting Support (মিটিং প্রস্তুতি): Setting up meeting rooms, ensuring seating is arranged, and providing necessary items like water, paper, and pens, or operating a projector/photocopier.
- Senior Officer Support (ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তার সহায়তা): Attending to the immediate, necessary requirements of senior officials, such as maintaining the cleanliness of their cabin or running urgent errands.
- Photocopying/Scanning (ফটোকপি): Operating office equipment like photocopiers and scanners for administrative staff.
- Bank/Utility Tasks (ব্যাংকিং ও বিল): Performing small errands such as depositing bank checks or paying utility bills as instructed.
- Ad-hoc Duties (ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশ): Carrying out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or higher authority.
